the room was tidy and CLEAN.
the house was REALLY noisy. i could hear other guests moving around all night , and the stairs creaked loudly every time someone used them. the tv did not work , and there was NOone available to help me fix it. it was AWFUL.

the room was simple. the room was clean and well presented! i saw a tv. i also found bedside lamps. i appreciated the clear instructions for finding the place. i felt safe .
i noticed the soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were empty. refilling them would have been helpful.

the hotel is close to many shops. westfield shopping centre is a short walk away, providing many options. it's easy to get food. i saw many different types of cuisine there.

the hotel has a very convenient location near everything i needed. stratford metro and buses to stansted airport are a short walk away. the o2 arena is easily accessible by metro. it took me about 15 minutes.

i found the excessive heating a problem. the common area looked destroyed. also, we booked a room for three people, but one bed wasn't there.
